Troubleshoot the Unable to Connect to World Error
Can’t connect to other worlds? Playing with others is fun and it can be frustrating when we can’t connect. Different things can cause connection issues. This article provides information on how to troubleshoot issues connecting to multiplayer games when Minecraft: Education Edition indicates it can’t connect to the world.

The users are not on the same tenant. |
No solution. A tenant consists of a group of users. If a user is not part of the tenant, that user cannot connect to the world. This is by design for player safety. |
A user outside the network is trying to connect using an internal IP address |
